He provides assistance to clients both before the commencement of proceedings and during court matters.

He also appears on behalf of clients and provides advice in criminal and traffic matters, including drink driving, heavy vehicle traffic offences, licence appeals, AVOs and assault cases.

Having previously held a position as a costs lawyer with a national legal costing practice, Malik has a unique understanding and appreciation of the financial impact of litigation on clients and is committed to obtaining the best outcome for his clients in a cost-effective manner.
