Amelia is an associate in our practice and is a core part of the business law team.

Amelia is a business lawyer with a particular focus on Employment Law. She advises businesses, individuals, employers and employees on a broad range of matters including business sales and transactions, company set up and structuring, employment disputes (including unfair dismissal and general protections claims) and trademarks and IP, licencing, leasing and general business matters. Amelia is also experienced in drafting employer agreements, contractor arrangements, company policies and procedures.

Over the years since commencing practice, Amelia has worked on a broad range of matters and has developed a strong understanding of business and employment related issues. Amelia understands that no two businesses or workplaces are the same and every client has a unique set of needs. Amelia is dedicated to resolving client’s problems quickly, smartly and effectively.

Amelia has a passion for helping others in the community and currently sits on the board of directors for the Thorndale Foundation. In her spare time, Amelia enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and playing touch football.
