From 1 July 2019 all standard NSW property transactions are to settle electronically.
This means if you are selling or purchasing a property and it settles after the 1 July 2019, it will need to settle electronically.
Other transactions that are to be lodged electronically include:-
• Discharge of Mortgages;
• Withdrawal of Caveats
• Transmission Applications.
