The official government advice that is being given at the moment is that the best that the government can hope to do is “flatten out the curve” or limit the damage that will be done by the current crisis but that some people will lose their jobs and some businesses will go broke.

If a business is in danger of having to shut, or the business owner thinks it possible this may happen, here at Adams & Partners Lawyers we can give some advice in relation to what is commonly called asset protection so that it may be possible to quarantine some of the business owners’  existing assets from the reach of any creditors of the business.

If you are in this sort of position do not hesitate to contact us to obtain advice.

You can speak to either Peter Adams, Heath Adams or Bruce Coode at our office about these issues.
