Natalie Ballard was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2003.
Prior to joining Adams & Partners Lawyers, Natalie worked for two mid-tier Sydney based law firms primarily in the areas of class action and banking and finance law. During her time with one firm, Natalie managed one of Australia’s largest class action cases and her dedication, commitment and attention to detail resulted in personal thanks and recognition from clients as well as a Justice of the Supreme Court. She also has extensive practical and commercial experience in mortgage disputes after working with one of Australia’s largest banks as an outsourced collections officer/solicitor.
Natalie is a former director of a small business in Penrith and understands the practical and commercial implications of the various issues surrounding small businesses.
Since being admitted, Natalie has contributed to NSW Young Lawyers (a branch of the NSW Law Society) working on various legal policy reforms through the Civil Litigation Committee. She is a former Vice Chair of the Civil Litigation Committee and a contributing author to the NSW Young Lawyers Practitioner’s Guide to Civil Litigation 2nd edition, and 3rd edition.
Now that Natalie is working with Adams & Partners, and closer to home, she is seeking to get involved with community projects assisting the youth in the area and (despite the fact that she drives a Jeep), is a keen Holden supporter!
