Scott Amos graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance). Scott also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Western Sydney, in conjunction with the College of Law.
Upon completion of his university studies, Scott was a Legal Associate at the Family Court of Australia where he assisted Judges with legal research, drafting and editing of judgments, preparing case matters and communicating with clients. As such, Scott has gained significant insight in the processes and administration of the family law system.
Since joining Adams& Partners Lawyers, Scott has practiced exclusively in the field of Family Law. Scott enjoys working with people and finding solutions, and has acted for clients in a range of family law matters including children, property, divorce and victims compensation.
Scott recognises the difficulties and stress that clients may experience. Scott believes having open and regular communication can assist families through this difficult time. Scott aims to provide detailed legal advice and assist in various dispute resolution alternatives, so that clients can make informed decisions about their future.
