Skye Hayward was admitted as a lawyer in May 2006. Before her admission, Skye worked for two city-based law firms in the field of commercial litigation. After moving to a Penrith-based firm in 2006 she continued her commercial work and extended her experience into the areas of conveyancing and wills and estate work.
In 2008 an opportunity arose for Skye to fulfill an ambition she had held since studying for her law degree and begin working in the area of Family Law. Given her prior experience, particularly in court work, property and wills, Skye brings a well-rounded perspective and broad general knowledge to family law matters.
Skye joined Adams & Partners Lawyers in 2009 and works exclusively in the field of Family Law. She enjoys helping clients to work through their issues and resolve the problems they are facing as quickly and effectively as possible. Pragmatic and calm in her approach, wherever possible Skye endeavours to resolve disputes without the intervention of the Court and will only refer a matter to Court when necessary.
