Michael Kirby has practised criminal law for almost 30 years, and has been a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in the field since 1994.
Over the last 30 years, Michael has represented countless number of clients in a wide range of Court matters - from traffic offences such as speeding and negligent driving, through to criminal prosecutions for drug-based offences and murder. He is an expert litigator with a comprehensive understanding of the law and its implications.
Michael is committed to helping clients through the criminal process and representing their best interests during a difficult time. Working at the “coal face” of the legal industry, he believes in the need to provide assistance to everyone and gains satisfaction from helping people work through their difficulties and problems. According to Michael, criminal lawyers see “life as it happens”.
In addition to his legal work, Michael is also very involved in community service, holding Committee positions with the Nepean Rotary Club and Penrith Golf Club.
