Alexander Naidovski was admitted as a lawyer in February 2007 and joined Adams & Partners Lawyers in July 2009.
Since his admission as a lawyer, Alex has practiced exclusively in the field of Family Law. Prior to joining Adams & Partners he initially worked as a para-legal for a boutique Parramatta firm, before gaining experience in the family law department of a Sydney CBD-based firm.
Alex enjoys working with clients and the personal interaction experienced in family law and care and protection matters in the Children’s Court of NSW. He has worked with families and individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and has handled complex property settlements involving high value assets, as well as resolving a variety of parenting and children’s issues for Legal Aid clients. Alex also volunteers his time at a Women’s Counselling Service in the Parramatta region, helping victims of domestic violence and providing legal advice to help them re-build their lives.
Alex is our specialist care and protection lawyer assisting clients with matters involving the Department of Human Service (formerly DOCS). Alex is a solicitor on the specialist Legal Aid care and protection panel and is experienced in representing client’s interests in their matters involving the Department.
As a lawyer, Alex believes in the benefits of open and honest communication with his clients and the importance of realistic advice. He is a good listener who quickly identifies the issues at hand and can offer a range of practical solutions and options to his clients and their families.
